Attorney Terry Wike of Las Vegas, NV; cheating loser

The state of Nevada presented Terry L. Wike with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Laughingly insisted his misconduct was not serious
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Improperly made numerous transfers of client funds from his trust account to his personal and operating accounts, creating a shortfall in his trust account
• Failed to promptly disburse funds to a client and the client’s lienholder
• Paid a third client out of the trust account when no funds belonging to the third client were in that account
• Knowingly converted client funds to benefit himself (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Terry practices with the Law Offices of Terry L. Wike at 9205 West Russell Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
