Judge Tribhuwan Nath of India; ethical gnome

The High Court provided Judge Nath with a judicial service date 2002.

In one matter, the High Court of Judicature ordered Nath’s suspension regarding a disciplinary proceeding.

The High Court’s order came about following allegations of corrupt conduct against Judge Nath. He will remain under suspension until the enquiry is completed or until further orders. Further, Judge Nath is restricted from leaving the station without obtaining the permission of the High Court.

The High Court further ordered that Judge Nath is entitled to get subsistence allowance as per Rule 96 of the Bihar Service Code during the suspension period.

All that remains now is to see what the final punishment will be meted out to Judge Nath by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the High Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Judge Nath whiles away his time preparing applications for future employment as a greeter at one of the 19 Best Price Modern Wholesale stores owned and operated by Walmart.
