Attorney Jeffrey Bernice of Costa Mesa, CA; lying loser

The state of California presented Jeffrey S. Benice with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The State Bar Court found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Maintained/pursued an unjust action
• Litigating action deemed to be frivolous
• Sought to mislead trial court judge
• Knowingly made false statement regarding prior representation of a client
• Failed to report $2,000 judicial sanction to State Bar Court as required

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jeff by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court.  

As one would suspect, this isn’t Jeff’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously sanction by a Federal Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct. An article about said misconduct can be found by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Gil by gifting him with a complimentary90-day suspension of his law license.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jeff fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.jeffreybenice.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2020) Jeffrey is practice law at the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Benice at 3080 Bristol Street in Costa Mesa.
