Attorney Jack Terziu of Baltimore, MD; moronic scammer

The state of Maryland presented Jack Ryan Terziu with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to recognize conflicts of interest (moron)
  • For three years, represented clients as a sole practitioner where his representation involved a conflict of interest with his former firm’s clients
  • Conflicts included representing clients who were directly in conflict to a firm client and where there was a significant risk that Jackie’s representation of his client would be materially limited by his responsibilities, through the firm, to another client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jackie failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.middleriverlawyer.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Jackie practices with the Law Office of Terziu & Bennett at 2211 Eastern Blvd in Baltimore, Maryland.
