Attorney David Dunwiddie of Silver Spring, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented David Alan Dunwiddie with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of
• Failed to abide by his client’s wishes
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Davey practices at 14134 Castle Blvd in Silver Spring, Maryland.
