Attorney Carla Arevalo of Antioch, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided Carla L. Arevalo with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Carla!)
• Failed to promptly return file to her client as requested
• Failed to refund any fees
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Carla by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

 As we speak (ca. December 2020) Carla practices her brand of law at 5331 Mount View Road in Antioch, Tennessee.
