Attorney Lara Owens of Overland Park, KS; moronic loser

The state of Kansas presented Lara M. Owens with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Lara guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Lara!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Lara by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Lara practices her brand of law in Overland Park, Kansas.
