Attorney Simon Scott III of Norfolk, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Simon Herbert Scott III with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from William & Mary University the School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Simon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly terminate representation of a client in divorce case
• Failed to timely file a transcript in a criminal appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.
