Attorney Henry Fitzgerald of Arlington, VA; ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Henry St. John Fitzgerald with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Georgetown University the School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Delayed in filing required accounting with Commissioner of Accounts
  • Failed to timely disburse funds to the heir of the estate
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Hank!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Hank practices with The Legal Advocacy Group at 2300 9th Street South in Arlington, Virginia.
