Attorney Ross Wagner of Philadelphia, PA; lying loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Ross Peter Wagner with a law license in 2018 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ross guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made misrepresentations on applications for New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar examinations
• Lied on New Jersey application that he was awarded a Juris Doctor (JD) from Rutgers
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made a material misrepresentation of fact
• Deliberately failed to disclose a material fact in connection with an application under the Pennsylvania Bar Admission rules
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Ross and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.wongfleming.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
