Attorney Marc Strauss of Willoughby Hills, OH; drunken convict

The state of Ohio presented Mark Ian Strauss with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Mahoning County Bar Association found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Pled guilty to two counts of operating a vehicle without reasonable control
• Pled guilty to one count of resisting arrest
• Pled guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an accident
• Pled guilty one count of unsafe operation of vehicle in the vicinity of an emergency vehicle
• Pled guilty to one count of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Sentenced to 90-days in jail with license suspended for 2 years

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marc by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
