Attorney Caleb Aguillard of Eunice, LA; cheating slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Caleb Kent Aguillard with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (SMU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Caleb guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Misused his trust account by maintaining personal funds in the account
  • Allowed trust account to be used for personal transactions
  • Failed to provide client with final accounting
  • Failed to refund any unearned fees (cheater)
  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Failed to make reasonable efforts to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Caleb by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Caleb practices at 141 South 6th Street in Eunice, Louisiana.
