Attorney Loretta Abramson of Oldwick, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Loretta D. Abramson with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Loretta guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly deliver client funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Loretta!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while ineligible
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements
• Due to Loretta’s poor recordkeeping, client was deprived of $19,000 for almost three years

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Loretta by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Loretta practices in Oldwick, New Jersey.
