Attorney Trezanay Atkins of Indianapolis; thieving loser

The state of Indiana presented Trezanay Michelle Atkins  with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Trezanay guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Admitted to taking more than $9,100 from Marion County Bar Association while acting as its treasurer
  • Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Trezanay by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Indiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Trezanay was never criminally charged and/or prosecuted for grand theft.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Trezanay practices at 560 North East Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
