Attorney Terry Garner of Springfield, MO; convicted drunk, repeater

The state of Missouri presented Terry Lee Garner with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from University of Missouri School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• Pled guilty to speeding

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Terry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for failing to pay federal and/or state taxes.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month term of probation.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Terry practices with Garner Law LLC at 1323 East Montclair in Springfield, Missouri.
