Attorney Daniel Weberman of West Bloomfield, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented Daniel L. Weberman with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #103 found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make an informed decision regarding the representation
• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Handled a legal matter without preparation adequate in the circumstances
• Failed to seek the lawful objective of a client through reasonably available means

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Danny practices at 7071 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
