Attorney Thomas Will Jr. of Gastonia, NC; potty mouth loser

The state of North Carolina presented Thomas A. Will Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University of School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Became upset with judge Thomas Taylor in Gaston County and directed a vulgarity towards him
• While in open court, continued his tirade against Judge Taylor using more vulgar language in impugning the judge’s intelligence and competence
• Convicted of contempt of court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
