The state of New York provided Michael Aizin with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Florida School of Law. Mikey also received a license to practice law in Florida in 2008.

The Second Judicial Department found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Negligently transferred $75,000 from his trust account to his operating account
• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to maintain trust account standards

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Second Judicial Department Grievance Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
