Attorney Robert Vest of Soldotna, AK; ethical goblin

The state of Alaska presented Robert Eugene Vest with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Bobby practices at 35341 Rain Tree Circle in Soldotna, Alaska.
