Attorney John Wargo Jr. of Berea, OH; greedy loser

The state of Ohio provided John Joseph Wargo Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Attempted to secure more than a $1 million fee from a wrongful death case settlement
• Admitted he and his partner only provided an estimated 15 hours of legal work and preparation of basic court documents
• Attempted to collect a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Circulated a frivolous [BS] draft petition to remove the father of a deceased child as the administrator of an estate

As a direct consequence of his disgusting misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license effective January 22, 2020.

As one would suspect, Johnny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.wargoandwargo.com. Apparently, Johnny decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Johnny will resume his practice with Wargo and Wargo Co. LPA at 30 Park Drive in Berea, Ohio on or about July 22, 2020.
