The state of Maryland presented Robert John Harris with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
