Attorney S. Sais Finney of Nashville, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee provided S. Sais Phillips Finney with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

FYI: The University of Memphis Law School is ranked as the 155^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Sais guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel and party
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Sais by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Sais practices with The Phillips Finney Firm at 4235 Hillsboro Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
