Attorney Erika Groves of New Castle, PA; slacker, loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Erika Roxanne Groves with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Erika guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to hold client funds in a separate trust account
• Failed to appropriately communicate with clients
• Failed to provide required written fee agreements to clients

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Erika by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.phillydefenseattorneys.com. Apparently, Jimmy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Erika practices at 108 West Lincoln Avenue in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
