Attorney Kym Cushing of Henderson, NV; cheating loser

The State of Nevada provided Kym Cushing with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Tennessee Supreme Court found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing party
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order (Up yours, said Kym!)
• Lied to firm that three checks he wrote to himself on firm’s checking account were paid to an expert witness
• When seeking new employment, lied to prospective employment about reason he left prior firm (fired)
• Lied to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kym!)
• Violated duties he owed to the legal profession
• Misconduct potentially harmed pro bono client
• Misconduct involved dishonest and selfish motive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kym by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license effective January 31, 2020.  

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Kym will resume his practice at 24 Hummingbird way in Henderson, Nevada on or about November 1, 2020.
