The state of Nevada presented Peter A. Tomaino with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Pete.
