Attorney Peter Bizinkauskas of Duxbury, MA; drunken convict

The state of Massachusetts presented Peter M. Bizinkauskas with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Found guilty of resisting arrest  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Pete practices at 1525 Tremont Street in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
