Attorney Scott Holper of Las Vegas; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Scott M. Holper with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to comply with court order to file case appeal statement on client’s behalf
• Failure to comply with appellate court order led to $250 sanction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Scotty practices with the Law Office of Scott Holper at 626 South Third Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
