Attorney Douglas Gardner of Henderson, NV; ethical gnome

The state of Nevada presented Douglas J. Gardner with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• On at least three occasions his trust account was out-of-balance
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Improperly deposited personal funds into office trust account
• Improperly made personal payments from his office trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Doug practices with Gardner Law at 260 East Chaparral in Henderson, Nevada.
