Attorney Brandon Phillips of Las Vegas; moron, repeat offender

The state of Nevada presented Brandon L. Phillips with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Brandon guilty of the following misconduct.

Brandon’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation re: tax matter (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to attend scheduled hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to advise client that her original retained counsel was not a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Brandon’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with repeated supreme court orders for filing of papers on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly in dealing with opposing party and counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
