Attorney Mandy McKellar of Las Vegas; moronic loser

The state of Nevada presented Mandy J. McKellar with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Mandy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Because her firm represented wife and husband in same litigation, she was required to obtain informed consent from her client, which she failed to do
• When the client refused to give consent to the conflict of interest, Mandy refused to withdraw (Screw you, said Mandy!)
• Asserted or controverted an issue that was frivolous

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mandy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Mandy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.mckellarlawoffice.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Mandy practices with the McKellar Law Office at 8430 West Lake Mead Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
