Attorney Jeremy Bergstrom of Las Vegas; moronic slacker

The state of Nevada presented Jeremy T. Bergstrom with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jeremy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jeremy!)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to act with competence (moron)
• Misconduct caused potential injury to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jeremy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Jeremy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.jbergstromlaw.comApparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Jeremy practices with Bergstrom Law Ltd at 9555 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
