Attorney Nadin Cutter of Las Vegas; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada presented Nadin Jeannine Cutter with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the William Boyd School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Nadin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Billed client for fees for time Nadin spent defending a default entered against the client due to Nadin’s incompetence
• Never filed an answer to complaint filed against her client
• Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s Three-Day Notice of Intent to Seek Default against her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Nadin by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Nadin fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.cutterlegal.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. Mark 2020), Nadin practices with the Cutter Law Firm at 6787 West Tropicana Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
