Attorney Joseph Caprio of West Point, VA; moronic loser

The state of Virginia presented Joseph Rocco Caprio with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Memphis State University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron) in worker’s compensation matter
• Withdrew client’s claim for benefits but failed to re-file the claim within the two-year stature of limitations thereby causing the client’s permanent loss of said claim

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
