Attorney Katherine Albrecht of Troy, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan presented Katherine B. Albrecht with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Wayne State University School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #81 found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Kathy and her firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.bhlaw.us.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Kathy practices with Beier Howlett PC at 3001 West Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan.
