Attorney Robert Bria of Wilmington, DE; serial tax cheat

The state of Delaware provided Robert S. Bria with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Delaware Supreme court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to file State personal tax returns for five (5) years
  • Knowingly made misrepresentations regarding his personal tax returns on his Supreme Court Annual Registration (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Freddy practices at 901 North Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
