Attorney Suneel Nelson of Las Vegas; ethical gnome

The state of Nevada presented Suneel J. Nelson with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Suneel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law in another jurisdiction
• Failed to comply with CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements
• Executed retainer agreement and collected a fee while illegal practicing law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Suneel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Suneel practices at 1800 Calle de Vega in Las Vegas, Nevada.
