Attorney Karen Winters of Minden, NV; lying loser

The state of Nevada presented Karen L. Winters with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

FYI: Golden Gate is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed in duty to be candid when dealing with a court
• Failed to obtain written consent from client to engage in conflict involving anther client
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly violated duty owed to her client
• Conduct significantly and/or could have injured her client
• Failed to correct a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Karen fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.nevada-law.us. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Karen practices with the Law Office of Karen L. Winters 1594 Mono Avenue in Minden, Nevada.
