Attorney Wendell Hall of Lenoir City, TN; cheating loser

The state of Tennessee provided Wendell Kyle Hall a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Wendell guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Converted settlement funds to his personal use (cheater)
  • Failed to promptly notify third party of receipt of settlement funds
  • Failed to serve defendant with lawsuit on behalf of client
  • Failed to properly dismiss client’s case
  • Failed to consult with client regarding dismissal of client’s case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Wendell by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we (ca. January 2020) Wendell practices at 1508 Crescent Oaks Lane in Lenoir City, Tennessee.
