Attorney Elizabeth Jordan of Kennesaw, GA; ethical goblin

The state of Georgia presented Elizabeth Jordan with a law license in 201 after she graduated from John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta.

FYI: John Marshall is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Georgia State Bar found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to respond to client update requests
• Failed to perform necessary work on behalf of client
• Failed to provide correct information in filed documents
• Total failure to respond or perform client work

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2020), Liz practices with The Law Office of Heather E. Jordan LLC in Kennesaw, Georgia.
