Attorney Philip Golub of Blackshear, GA; ethical gnome

The state of Georgia presented Phillip Norman Golub with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Atlanta School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Charged and/or collected an excessive fee
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Phil practices with Phillip N. Golub PC at 124 Highway Avenue in Blackshear, Georgia.
