Attorney Karen Ross of Henderson, NV; ethical goblin

The state of Nevada provided Karen H. Ross with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Whittier University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Ailed to maintain sufficient funds in her trust account to protect client obligations
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client and/or third parties

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Karen practices with the Law Office of Karen Ross at 2275 Corporate Circle in Henderson, Nevada.
