Attorney Chandan Manansingh of Las Vegas; thieving felon

The state of Nevada presented Chandan Manansingh with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Chandan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Convicted of introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud or mislead, a felony
  • Sentenced to four months home detention with location monitoring, three years of probation, fined $250,000 payable in $1,000 monthly payments

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Chandan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 4-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Chandan practices at 2777 Paradise Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
