Attorney Kenneth Ward of Fernley, NV; ethical elf

The state of Nevada presented Kenneth W. Ward with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Puget Sound University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly resolve probate matter despite admission it should have been done
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand
