Attorney Daniel Hawes of Broad Run, VA; scamming loser 

The state of Virginia presented Daniel Lewis Hawes with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Court found that Danny’s complaint was "transparently and egregiously frivolous"
• The court further found that the defendants could not have misappropriated a name that they had used for years and that Danny’s client had no rights as a successor in interest
• The Court sanctioned Danny for signing the pleadings and as the sole owner of his law firm PLLC in the amount of $80,697.50

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Danny practices in Broad Run, Virginia.
