Attorney Calvin Dunlap of Reno, NV; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Calvin R.X. Dunlap with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Calvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to wait for a client to be able to dispute distribution of funds prior to his withdrawal of those funds as claimed fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Calvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand
