Attorney Marsha Kimble-Simms of Las Vegas; ethical goblin

The state of Nevada presented Marsha F. Kimble-Simms with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).  

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Marsha guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to inform clients about status of their legal matters
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license was inactive

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Marsha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Marsha practices with The Simms Law Firm LLC at 10120 West Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
