Attorney David O’Mara of Reno, NV; ethical troll

The state of Nevada presented David C. O’Mara with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal mandated
• Failed to communicate to trial court that he would not condone the misuse of the Nevada Judicial system by out-of-state attorney
• Failed to oppose motions requesting case-ending sanctions against his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand
