Attorney Anthony Liker of Elko, NV; ambulance chasing loser

The state of Nevada presented Anthony W. Liker with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly implied an ability to influence improperly a government official when his radio advertisement stated that judges ‘recommended’ you without any qualification of that recommendation
• Failed to obtain informed consent in writing from client as to the limitation of his representation in a criminal matter
• Began running radio advertisements in Elko that he did not submit to State Bar’s Advertising Committee for review

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand
