Justice Howard Chisvin of Toronto, arrogant loser
In early 2012, Howie decided to toss several criminal cases because the prosecuting attorney was eight (8) minutes late appearing in his dishonorable court. That’s eight minutes folks!
Subsequently, Howie’s assinine dismisals were reverwed by the Ontario Court of Apepals. In its reversal, the Court stated in part that:
Howie was later found guilty of misconduct by the Judicial Commission in Ontario.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ontario Court of Appeals punished Howie by gifting him with a reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Howard the Moron remains sitting on the bench in Toronto. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the Toronto area is willing to offer him a good paying job. Ya can hardly blame them, right?
