Attorney Peter Clarkin of Providence, RI; deceitful loser

The state of Rhode Island provided Peter A. Clarkin with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
